Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Standish, ME.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsKen worked very hard on a sale that had a fair amount of hurdles to overcome. Had Ken not been so responsive and engaged the sale probably wouldn't have closed. He made sure both buyer and seller stayed on task and got the deal done.
